Welcome to Illinois Central College Counseling Services!

This webpage is known as the Medicat Patient Portal. Here is where you can sign up for counseling appointments, contact your counselor by secure message, fill out necessary paperwork, and/or cancel an appointment if necessary.

You may login using your Patient Portal username and password, or if you are a new user, please click the Register button. Registration instructions can be found on the Hub. It is highly recommended that you write down or save your login information as this information will be utilized for all counseling appointments.

Additionally, Counseling Services at ICC currently offers drop-in hours on both campuses!  Visit an office during these hours to chat with a counselor about things such as setting up your Medicat portal, finding out which service meets your needs, and/or to do a drop in session. 

East Peoria: Mondays and Thursdays from 12 PM until 4 PM

Peoria: Wednesdays from 1 PM until 4 PM
